When is using Add/Update Requisitions appropriate?

Some aspects of a requisition cannot be edited in NavBar > Navigator > FSCM > eProcurement > Manage Requisitions. If you are unable to make the changes you need to make to an existing requisition, please contact Content Group Email Link for assistance. 

Creating/editing a requisition in Add/Update Requisitions in the Purchasing module can have adverse effects on the functionality of the requisition (e.g. accounting information can be changed without being approved causing budgetary issues). Further, approval workflow is not built for requisitions created in Add/Update Requisitions and thus requisitions created there may be out of compliance and subject to audit findings.
