Conversion UOM

Conversion UOM – This means how a specific item ID can be ordered by the Agency.

If an Agency reaches out about converting UOM for a specific item ID, the following steps can be taken.

For example, if they want to order by Case, not each or Box, we cannot change the STD UOM; the system will not allow it.

Look for the item ID in Define Item and tap on Unit of Measure as shown in the picture

Look for the Default UOM, and change according to the requirement as shown in the picture.
