Item Description Update

Manually changing the item description needs to be done in a few places

Correct History> Item Attributes> Edit the description and update on all the red arrow spaces.

Last but not least, if the item is on contract, open the contract. The line will need to be refreshed to display the change, which can be done using the red circle given below from the contract.
