Re-Open PO's

Please follow the process outlined in the FSCM user guide to reopen the PO.  Additionally, a closed PO will reopen in approximately 1 minute; the entire process takes 10-15 minutes. In your process monitor, the report needs to read 'success'. Attempting to reopen a PO before the process is fully complete will cause an error.
