Fetch Value Error Message while receiving a Purchase Order (PO)

When we attempt to receive this PO, we get the following error message:

This is caused by attachments at the line level on the PO. To resolve the error, here are the steps that need to be taken:

1. Open the PO.
2. Go to each line and remove any attachments at the line level.
3. Save the PO after removing them.
4. Re‑add the attachments at the header level instead.
5. Save the PO again.

Once the attachments are moved to the header level, the system should allow the PO to be received without errors.
