Contract does not allow Open Items Reference

Error Message - Contract Does Not Allow for Open Item Reference- When using the same Item ID# from a previous PO and contract.

Suppose the contract does not allow open-item references. The contract ID# will need to be added to the POs. This can be done by clicking the yellow magnify contract search icon and adding the contract details.
